郭秀蘭，女，1954年出生，陜西省西安人。1970年參加工作，曾在囯防廠科研單位工作。1996年內(nèi)退后自謀生意，經(jīng)營玉器字畫店二十余年。自幼熱愛繪畫，擅長寫意牡丹，工作之余刻苦研習(xí)繪畫，經(jīng)過多年勤學(xué)苦練，繪畫水平進(jìn)一步提高，對(duì)繪畫藝術(shù)有了深刻理解，創(chuàng)作作品深受親友及社會(huì)各界人士喜愛，作品逐漸走出畫室，參加了各類大賽、展覽，得到更多人們的關(guān)注和認(rèn)可。現(xiàn)為世界非物質(zhì)文化研究院副院長，國家一級(jí)美術(shù)師 ，中國東方巨龍書畫藝術(shù)家研究會(huì)會(huì)員，書畫號(hào)簽約藝術(shù)家并獲得北京潤格估價(jià)藝術(shù)中心估價(jià)證書，山東子日美術(shù)館副館長， 楹聯(lián)書法藝術(shù)研究會(huì)會(huì)員， 北京華夏蘭亭書畫院院士，陜西省扶貧書畫院專業(yè)書畫家，中國書畫家聯(lián)誼會(huì)新文藝群體書畫家工作委員會(huì)委員，并得到文化部確權(quán)認(rèn)證書，并獲中國東方文化研究會(huì)藝術(shù)委員會(huì)研究納入中國人才專業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫，獲得高級(jí)美術(shù)師證書。
2024年3月獲得“亞洲書畫界十大新聞人物”榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。

Guo Xiulan, female, was born in 1954 and is a native of Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. She started working in 1970 and once worked in a scientific research unit of a national defense factory. In 1996, after taking early retirement, she started her own business and ran a jade and calligraphy and painting store for more than twenty years.She has loved painting since childhood and is good at freehand brushwork of peonies. During her spare time from work, she studied painting assiduously. After years of hard work and practice, her painting skills have been further improved, and she has gained a profound understanding of the art of painting. Her works are deeply loved by relatives, friends and people from all walks of life. Her works gradually stepped out of the studio and participated in various competitions and exhibitions, attracting more attention and recognition.
At present, she is the vice president of the World Intangible Culture Research Institute, a national first-class artist, a member of the Chinese Oriental Dragon Calligraphers and Painters Research Association, a contracted artist of Shuhuahao and has obtained the valuation certificate from the Beijing Renge Valuation Art Center. She is also the deputy curator of Shandong Ziri Art Museum, a member of the Couplet Calligraphy Art Research Association, an academician of Beijing Huaxia Lanting Calligraphy and Painting Academy, a professional calligrapher and painter of Shaanxi Poverty Alleviation Calligraphy and Painting Academy, a member of the Working Committee for Calligraphers and Painters of the New Literary and Artistic Groups of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association. She has received the confirmation certificate from the Ministry of Culture, and her works have been included in the Chinese Talent Professional Database by the Art Committee of the Chinese Oriental Culture Research Association. She has also obtained the certificate of senior artist.
In March 2024, she was awarded the honorary title of "Top Ten News Figures in the Asian Calligraphy and Painting Circle".
In April 2024, she served as an ambassador for cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries.
In May 2024, she was named as one of the most collectible artists in China.
In June 2024, her works were favored by enterprises. Her works entered the top 100 enterprises to promote the sales of calligraphy and paintings, and she was a key recommended artist.
In July 2024, she won the Monet International Art Gold Award.
In September 2024, she won the "Belt and Road, Beauty in Harmony International Art Exchange Exhibition International Art Gold Award" and the title of "Excellent Instructor".
By the end of October 2024, she won the 2024 National Essence Culture Golden Horse Award.
